Here's message from John Garrity about The Garrity Report

"The Garrity Report is written twice daily, if there is a recommendation. If there is a recommendation it is posted at about 8:00am CST. There is always a Recap at the end of the day about 3:00 CST. The recap will consist of a comment about the day and what I might be looking at for the next day. This will give the customer some time in the evening to look at what I see evolving in a certain market. I would say 50% of the recommendations consist of the Grains, Meats, and Softs. I try and utilize my father who has been trading in the Meat pits for over 30 years. I will usually recommend a future and an option in the same recommendation. For example: if I recommend going long March Corn and will also be looking at buying a March Corn call option. This gives the more conservative customer the option if the risk on the future recommendation is too steep. I like to go with seasonal tendencies. I also like to go with the trend generally. I will always be on the lookout for breakouts. I keep a very close eye on support and resistance points"
